RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Z’s Custom Creations Boutique, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, we ask that all customers carefully review our sizing guide or sizing details in the product description before placing an order. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
ALL Sales are Non-Refundable. Everything is made to order. We will offer an exchange or send you a gift card for future purchase.
We will gladly accept your exchange under the following conditions:
• The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
• Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.
• Items can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, provided it is in stock.
Please note:
• All exchanges must be initiated by the original purchaser, and the original order number must be provided along with the reason for the exchange.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item is determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival. For defective or damaged items, we will issue a credit for shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once items have been accepted by the delivery courier Z's Custom Creations is no longer liable for your package. We will assist you with the tracking of your package. We do not have control of package delivery once scanned by courier.
Final Sale Items:
• Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Customized or personalized items (including made-to-order items) are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Design Approval:
For custom orders, once the design has been approved and production has started, any changes will incur an additional fee. Please carefully review all proofs for spelling, grammatical errors, design placement, and color accuracy before submitting your approval.
Note: If you provide a personal design, it is your responsibility to ensure it is error-free. While we do our best to review submitted work, errors in customer-provided designs may not be caught.
How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase:
1. Contact us via email zsccandboutique@gmail.com before initiating a return or exchange. Briefly explain the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Complete the form: A return/exchange form will be sent to you, which must be completed and included with your return package ONLY if the return is due to an error on our end.
3. Ship your item: We do not cover the cost of returns unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please do not return order without communicating with us.
We will do all that we can to accommodate you.
Return Address:
Once return has been approved, you will receive the address for return.
Time frame for exchange and credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
